– Put as much oil and Nhmr half of the noodles.

4 cups rice

½ teaspoon saffron

¼ cup warm water

¼ cup oil

1 teaspoon fresh ginger minced

4-2 apiece of garlic minced

2 crain of a large onion, minced

½ cup green coriander, chopped

1 teaspoon Hill, crushed

1 cinnamon promises (students)

2 tsp spices thickness

1 teaspoon cumin

½ teaspoon dried Lome, crushed

1 tablespoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 kilo shrimps, peeled

4 cups water


k) Wash rice and soak in salted water for 20 minutes.

Internet overuse , problematic computer use or pathological computer use  is excessive computer use that interferes with daily life . internet addicts make the internet a priority more important than family. they use internet to logging on to face book or messenger and chat with people all day they spend them time in internet .

internet addiction … Disadvantages

  • they use services everyday without any skipping .
  • logging on to the net while already busy at work .
  • losing track of time after making a connection.
  • checking on they mailbox too many times a day .
  • denying spending too much time on the net.

sneaking online when spouse of family members are not at home. and mental health professionals have identified symptoms that may indicate an internet addiction

or loss of relationships with family and friends.

Do you bite your nails often? Do you find it difficult to stop?

Nail biting is a stress removing habit adopted by many of children and adults. People usually do nail biting when they are nervious, stressed, hangry or bored, in some cases it can be a sign of a mental or emotional disorder. All of these things are having a common thing between them which is anxiety.

Nail biting is farily common, but for some it is more than just a bad habit. It can become quite serious, as people who suffer from compulsive nail biting may experience bleending, infections, or ever permanent demage of the fingers. The behavior is often unconscious, and people with this compulsion may have difficulty stopping because they way be unawere of their actions. Compulsive nail biting is also called onychophagia, and biting just the skin is called dermatophagia.

Not all accounts are equal, each person is different and each motive a mystery. If you you stop to talk to every person who has this problem in many ways find a common response but many others do not know why.
There are many medical treatments and prescriptions both natural, functional pro usually only for a short period or long-term space for a small percentage of people. The best remedy to stop eating them is awareness of self that is not good for our body both for the image we give of our hands to our health because it is a direct entry of organisms that affect our body 

While there is a small council, and is engaging in a greater number of things, including activities with friends, relax or even chewing gum from time to time
